℗ 2003 The Bicycle Music Company
This is my favorite album. Highly recommend getting this album. This album is a masterpiece this album has won two Grammies from fallen in 2004 also I love Amy Lee’s dark melody vocals 😍🥰🥰🥰 she sounds like Demi Lovato, Kelly Clarkson, my goth soul diva 😍😍🖤🖤🖤🖤🌹🌹 I’m going under 🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼
Absolutely fantastic!! Seriously don’t know if you like Rock, how you wouldn’t love this!! Dark words but appropriate for the music. Drums perhaps could be a little stronger, so 4.8/5 grade rather than 5/5. Please try it, you’ll like it!!
The amount of people here who are saying “her songs”, “her album”, etc is mind-boggling. Evanescence is a FULL band, NOT just Amy. Jen, Tim, Troy, and Will are also a very crucial part of the band. All of that being said, this is undoubtedly one of the greatest albums of all time, and quite possible my favorite debut album by any band ever. There’s not a weak spot on the album, and each song is greater than the last. Ev for life! 🖤🖤
The song itself gets 5 stars without a doubt, but I was very disappointed that when I hit “play” it began playing part way into the song. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it cut some off of the end too!!! I’m new to iTunes but have 2 gift cards to use up...it doesn’t take an old pro to figure out that a chunk of a song is missing. Especially when you’ve heard it before so you know there’s more there!
I've loved Delerium for decades, and though the variety is not the same, the feel and intensity certainly is. Her vocals are nearly excruciatingly delightful in their poignant emotional evocation. I simply cannot get enough of this "new age" injected rock. Check out the samples... you won't be disappointed if those appeal at all.
I’m not a fan of all of their other albums, but this album is an absolute masterpiece. Great songs from start to finish, with beautiful melodies, heavy guitars, thoughtful lyrics, and excellent vocals. It doesn’t get much better than this. Giving this album one star should be a crime. I listen to melodic death metal most of the time, but I can appreciate great music when I hear it. This album is a classic that has aged well, and will continue to do so.
She has amazing vocals and moody lyrics- this girl gets me (a little bit). She was actually classically trained before she sang hard rock. I encourage any moody hard rock loving preteen or teenager!!!
Yes everyone loves My Immortal & BMTL... Also Hello is beautiful too. But if you like this album then you should listen to the newer better stuff. The 2011 self-titled Evanescence deluxe album and The Open Door blows Fallen out of the water by far. You guys can’t be stuck in the past with the very old stuff.
